I see what the photos don’t show

I’ve photographed more than 10,000 homes in 20 years, so I know every trick a listing photo can play: the wide lens that makes a room look bigger, the angle that hides the power lines, the view that only exists from one corner of the deck. When we tour a home, I’ll point out what the pictures left out, good and bad, so you can decide with clear eyes.

How it works

1. A first conversation
We talk about what you need, what you’d love, your budget and your timing. If you’re new to the area, I’ll walk you through how the towns differ, from village centers to rural land.

2. Getting ready to buy
I’ll connect you with local lenders so you’re pre-approved before you fall for a house. Before we tour, we’ll sign a short written buyer agreement that spells out what I’ll do for you and how I’m paid, so everything is clear from the start.

3. Finding the right home
I’ll set up a search that sends you new listings the moment they hit the market, and we’ll tour the ones worth seeing. Shopping from out of state? I can walk through homes with you on a live video call.

4. Making a strong offer
I’ll pull recent sales so you know what a home is really worth, then help you write an offer that’s competitive without overpaying.

5. Inspection through closing
I’ll help you line up inspections, including the well, septic and radon tests that matter for so many New Hampshire homes, negotiate any repairs, and keep everything on track to closing day.
